Snow Emergency Parking in Effect

A blizzard is expected to hit our area starting Friday afternoon and lasting through the day on Saturday.  Snow totals are expected to be in the double digits!  Please be safe and careful if you have to drive or shovel snow.

Snow Emergency Parking is in effect this Friday (Jan 22) through Monday (Jan 25).  To facilitate snow removal, it is important to continue to  follow the cluster parking regulations, which include:

  • Park ONLY in your assigned spots.
  • No standing or parking along any curb or non-designated spot at any time.
  • Only two vehicles per house may be parked in the Cluster at any one time and it is expected that houses with garages park one of those in their driveway. Overflow parking is available along North Shore Drive.

If you are parked in a designated “snow collection area,” a cluster board member will contact you and coordinate an alternate parking location.  A map of the snow removal plan will be forthcoming.

Please be patient as we work to remove the snow from the parking lot.  We ask that you please address your concerns to a board member and not the snow plow driver.
