Annual General Meeting: Elections are held each year at the Annual General Meeting on the last Sunday of April. A minimum of 23 homeowners is required to be at the meeting for an official vote. We appreciate all of our cluster votes!
Annual Budget Meeting: Annual meeting to vote on the board proposed fiscal year budget. A minimum of 23 homeowners is required to be at the meeting for an official vote. We appreciate all of our cluster votes!
Board Meetings: Monthly board meeting that takes place the third Thursday of the month. The board discusses an agenda, which includes homeowner requests emailed prior to meeting. Homeowners are encouraged to participate. Please contact bod@bwwca.org at least one day prior to meeting to discuss topic.
Landscape Committee Meeting: The Landscaping Committee meets monthly to itemize cluster projects which get voted on by the board during the monthly board meetings.
Halloween Potluck: Annual potluck to celebrate Halloween with the neighborhood. Neighbors bring a dish to share. (We request no desserts or sweets. The kids (and adults!) will be getting plenty of those. Bring your own drinks and chairs. And of course, wear a costume — even adults!
Cluster Picnic: Annual picnic to hang out and eat with your neighbors. There is typically music, a bounce house, your favorite neighbors, and a lot of fun!
