The BWWCA Annual Budget Meeting will be held outside in the playground area between Scandia and Farsta (By 1508 Farsta and 1531 Scandia) on Sunday, October 2nd at 7:30pm. You should receive a mailing from TWC with a draft of the Fiscal Year 2023 budget and a corresponding ballot.
To establish a quorum for the Annual Budget Meeting, a resident owner from at least 22 houses must be present and only one vote per household is permitted.
