The Board created a By-law Committee with the following purpose:
Review the by-laws and the amendments to determine if any language needs to be updated to reflect modern society and technology. Review and determine if language is needed to clarify and codify the roles and responsibilities for the Board and the Board members.
The committee is chaired by Brian Atkinson.
We are seeking resident volunteers to be members of the committee. If you are interested, please reach out to bod@bwwca.org.

Important Note: Per Article VIII of the By-laws, a majority vote of members and associate members is required for amendments to be adopted.
“Amendments to these By-Laws may be adopted by a majority vote of the members and associate members present at any meeting called for that purpose.”
