October 5th is the Annual General Budget Meeting and we need you to come and vote on the 2015 Budget. Anne and Dennis Smyers have been gracious enough to host the meeting in their home at 1531 Park Glen Court. Social starts at 7:00pm and the meeting starts at 7:30pm. See what your Cluster dues are going towards.
Trees are being worked on Thursday, September 18th, on the islands of Scandia 2 & 3. Surrounding parking spaces should be vacant from 8:00am to 5:00pm on this date.
In order to prevent damage to your vehicles and to facilitate the tree work being done, we ask that you park your vehicles on North Shore for this time period.

The long-awaited arrival of Metro’s Silver Line Phase One — adding four stations in Tysons Corner (McLean, Tysons Corner, Greensboro, Spring Hill) and terminating at the Wiehle-Reston East Station — finally has an official opening date of July 26th. Sadly, not in time to ease travel into the district for July 4th festivities, but it will finish out the summer season and provide another means of getting in and out of the city for local commuters and tourists west of the beltway.
