December Board of Directors Meeting

Everyone is welcome to attend.  As always, we start each meeting with a members’ forum in which neighbors are free to address the board.

November Board of Directors Meeting

Leaf Pickup Dates

Leaf pickup dates are:

Oct 23, Nov 13, and Dec 4 (all Mondays)

Please rake only leaves (no other garden waste) into the street the day before these dates.  Do not bag your leaves.  Also, please do not rake leaves into the cluster common areas including the woods.

** If you miss the pickup dates and would like to have your leaves removed, please put them in lawn and refuse bags (click here for an example) and put them out for the usual Wednesday pickup.  Please do not use plastic bags. **

Annual Budget Meeting

The BWWCA Annual Budget Meeting will be held at 1510 Scandia Circle on Sunday October 1, 2017 at 7:30pm with a social starting at 7:00pm.  We need a resident owner quorum of at least 22 houses — one vote per household.  Complete information was mailed to each resident or email info@bwwca.org.  Please come!  We need your participation!

Update Vehicle and Parking Regulations

Updated Vehicle and Parking Regulations were adopted by the Board of Directors at the last July meeting.  The new document is a result of residents asking for clearer and better organized regulations.

Remember that every household may park up to 2 vehicles in their area of the cluster.  A map of where to park is also provided below to avoid confusion.  Many neighbors park their additional vehicles on North Shore Drive.

FINAL Approval DRB Meeting for Tall Oaks

The Reston Association Design Review Board (DRB) will be hearing a presentation by Lennar, the developer of the residential portion of the Tall Oaks property.  Lennar is seeking design approval from the DRB and this is likely the last opportunity that residents can have their voice heard.

The DRB meeting will be July 18, 2017 @ 7:00 pm in the RA Headquarters Conference Center.
